Private wealth consultant solicitor, Malcolm Emery, will feature in a webinar on wills and trusts in the second in a series of webinars looking at technical issues.

Hosted by the Equity Release Council, the series is in response to a recent member survey in which respondents asked for more content of this nature.

In this session Malcolm will look at the practical issues that arise from wills and trusts where equity release is concerned.

In addition, there will be a Q&A session, facilitated by the Council’s head of risk policy and compliance, Kelly Melville-Kelly.
