Background

Following the AGM in June 22 whereby the Council executive was given a mandate (by special resolution) to make changes to its principle governing instrument following an in-depth governance review, an SGM is required to pass a special resolution to adopt the new Articles of Association to reflect those changes to its governance structure.

The meeting will also include an opportunity to hear from the Council’s two new non-executive directors, who are expected to be in post by then.
