The Council is once again partnering with Deloitte for a webinar that will focus on Fair Value frameworks. This will help firms prepare for the forthcoming Consumer Duty. The webinar will be divided into two sections. One section will focus on the manufacturers/lender requirements and the second will focus on the adviser/distributor requirements. The speakers are:

Lyndsey Fallon

Lyndsey is a partner in Deloitte’s regional financial services conduct risk and regulatory team. Lyndsey has substantial experience in leading a number of risk and regulatory related projects in the equity release and later life lending market. These projects have focused on many of the key outcomes within the FCA’s Consumer Duty proposals.

Stuart Batigan

Stuart is part of the Risk and Regulation, Financial Services Team at Deloitte. He has worked in the Financial Services industry for 14 years of which 11 have been in risk and compliance related roles. He has designed and implemented compliance monitoring programmes in the first line of defence and conducted second line of defence assurance reviews for the Head of Credit Policy.
