Private wealth consultant solicitor, Malcolm Emery, will present a webinar on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), in the first of a series of webinars looking at legal issues.

Hosted by the Equity Release Council, the series comes in response to a recent member survey in which respondents asked for more technical content.

In the first session Malcolm will look at the two types of LPA that can be put in place, the type of information that should be included and what needs to happen before they can be used.

In addition, there will be a Q&A session, facilitated by the Council’s head of risk policy and compliance, Kelly Melville-Kelly.
