The Council is hosting a webinar featuring experts from the professional indemnity industry. Entitled Understanding Professional Indemnity the event will allow members to hear direct from specialist brokers and underwriters on how best to present an application and what to do if they need to claim. The Council will be joined by the following speakers: Tim Grant, Director of UK Global For over 14 years Tim has specialised in professional indemnity and management liability insurance. He joined UKGlobal 3 years ago and looks after clients requiring financial lines insurance. Tom Vigliucci, Director, UKGlobal Since 2005 Tom has worked in insurance, specialising in financial lines broking and professional indemnity risks. He joined UKGlobal in 2018 and advises clients on comprehensive business protection in this complex area. Monty Woodward, Underwriter, omnyy Monty has been underwriting both IFAs and Mortgage Brokers for the past 4 years and will be dealing with both Liberty and UKGlobal closely in order to make this scheme as efficient as possible. Paul Freeman senior underwriter, AVP, Liberty International Underwriters Paul started his insurance career as a professional indemnity claims broker at Lowndes Lambert in 1993 and joined Liberty in 2009 where he established their current primary IFA book. Paul specialises in financial related professional indemnity risks, specifically IFAs and mortgage brokers.
